These terms and conditions apply to the Sound Horeg EWS app for mobile devices, together with related services operated by Digital Surya Interaktif.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
License to use the Application
The Service Provider grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative versions except where allowed by law.
Intellectual property
Digital Surya Interaktif retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including code, design, trademarks, logos, and branding.
User-generated content and acceptable use
If you submit links, event information, reports, notes, or other content, you agree not to submit illegal, abusive, misleading, infringing, spam, malware, or privacy-violating content.
Submitted event information may be reviewed, edited for clarity, verified, rejected, or removed before it appears publicly. Live sound reports are user-submitted event signals and do not verify or change the scheduled event by themselves.
The Service Provider may moderate, hide, remove, reject, anonymize, or restrict content that violates these Terms, creates safety risk, or is required by law.
Third-party services
The Application may use third-party services including Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Supabase, map/tile providers, and related infrastructure.
Connectivity and device responsibility
Some functions require an active internet connection. You are responsible for device security, connection fees, roaming charges, and keeping the app updated.
Limitation of liability
The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially breached, if the Application is misused, or where required by law or safety needs.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Changes
The Service Provider may update these Terms and will post the updated version with an effective date.
